Jessica Lau, Express Scripts CanadaAs a pharmacist with 24 years experience, Jessica Lau was delighted to discover an environment that allowed her to fully express her passion for healthcare,  health education and, most of all, her patients.


Affecting Canadians young and old, regardless of background or ethnicity, arthritis inflicts chronic pain and can lead to a debilitating loss of mobility. One in six adults over the age of 15—or over 4.6 million Canadians—report having arthritis. By 2031, this number is expected to grow to an estimated 7.5 million.


When he isn’t at work, Express Scripts Canada pharmacist Edwin Ho has one priority: spending as much time as he can with his family.

“Pretty much everything revolves around my wife, our two kids and our dog. Aside from taking care of pharmacy members, it’s about making sure that I take care of my family—making sure they’re always happy and that we’re a unified team. Our kids are four and one, so they keep us pretty busy.”
