Experts in health benefits management, they are committed to doing what’s right for clients, employees and the millions of Canadians we serve Dr. Dorian Lo, President With more than 25 years of experience as a physician and visionary business leader, Dr. Dorian Lo is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization as it looks to build on its position as Canada’s premier health benefits manager. Bringing his extensive knowledge about proven strategies from around the world and with a strong belief in the partnership business model, Dorian remains steadfast in his commitment to solving some of the daunting challenges facing the health benefits industry, with the goal of improving the lives of Canadians through better health outcomes. Michael Roszak, Chief Operating Officer Michael Roszak is a tried and tested leader in the area of health benefits management. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience to this role, where he oversees Operations, Customer Services, Marketing, and Sales. Michael has extensive experience in senior roles within the Health Benefits Management and Digital Health industry, where he led major business development initiatives. He has a dynamic leadership style and proven record of accomplishment operating with transparency while maximizing long-term value for clients. Christine Griffin, General Manager, Private Payor Solutions Christine is a passionate senior leader, mom, mentor, puppy foster parent and arts advocate with a background in health benefits, sales and account management, who thrives in a collaborative environment.With a focus on operational excellence and increasing satisfaction nationwide, Christine leads our private payor business unit, sales, account management, client services and data insights and analytics teams. Christine has held a number of progressive positions within Express Scripts Canada, with close to 25 years of client services and management experience enabling evolved partnerships with existing clients as well as exploring new opportunities to provide a full range of pharmacy benefit management solutions to the market. Christine’s expertise in health benefits management, client service and account management ensure the service ESC’s clients receive is seamless. Christine is also actively involved with the community, by serving as a volunteer board member for the Mississauga Arts Council as well as Southern Connections Dog Rescue. Jeff Boutilier, General Manager, Pharmacy & Chief Clinical Officer As the General Manager Pharmacy and Chief Clinical Officer, Jeff is responsible for the management and direction of pharmacy across Canada. He provides leadership and direction for the strategic, ethical, operational, clinical, financial and administrative functions associated with all pharmacy services, and is responsible for the clinical team that leads formulary management, drug evaluation committees, and services such as prior authorization to support our partners. Jeff also leads our Pricing, Patient experience and pharmacy procurement teams. With more than 15 years of experience in pharmacy innovation and leadership, Jeff has led national operations, sales and consultant teams and has experience in strategy, transformation and specialty pharmacy. Karen Kesteris, Chief Product and Marketing Officer Karen leads the product development, marketing and communications and linguistic services teams. Karen masterfully pulls these areas together to build great products that create sustainable value for ESC, its clients and patients. She brings more than 20 years of experience in product development, marketing and leadership experience to the role, along with a strong specialization in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management and insurance. Prior to ESC, Karen served as the Director, Drug Product and Provider Management, at Medavie Blue Cross, the Director of Private Payer Solutions at Telus Health and the Director of Marketing Communications and Product Development at Green Shield Canada. Magda Vogel, Chief Information Officer Known for developing strategic vision to achieve business goals, Magda offers a unique blend of professional acumen and IT solutions development that deliver strong returns and operational improvement. She has built a strong and responsive information technology team that consistently delivers results by aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. A certified and experienced project management practitioner, Magda leverages her vast skillset to deliver project benefits that depend on the development, design and delivery of the change. She is committed to the sociology of human change management that is contingent on people embracing, adopting and utilizing change. Pierre-Étienne Tremblay, General Manager, Public Payor Solutions With 15 years of experience in health benefit management, Pierre-Etienne leads our public payor business unit, with a focus on account management, client services and business development. Pierre-Etienne is also responsible for operations, overseeing operational strategic objectives and improving operational excellence, for both private and public sector clients, in key functional areas such as business integrity, provider and member contact centres, provider relations, and claim processing services. Pierre-Etienne also oversees the Quebec market and its related activities. Stéphanie Myner-Nham, Chief Human Resources and Privacy Officer With more than 20 years of progressive corporate experience covering cross-functional expertise, Stéphanie is responsible for the overall strategic direction of ESC’s Human Resources and Corporate Services department. She drives ESC’s diverse and talented workforce towards an innovative future. Her areas of oversight include organizational development, employee relations, change management, policy review, talent development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Concurrently, Stéphanie serves as Chief Privacy Officer and oversees our Privacy Program. Stéphanie has spearheaded key initiatives at ESC that have contributed to our strong culture and enhanced the employee experience, making our organization a great place to work. Vigna Vivekanand, Chief Financial and Compliance Officer As Chief Financial and Compliance Officer, Vigna Vivekanand leads the finance team, and provides financial strategy and oversight across all facets of the organization. Prior to joining ESC, Vigna spent more than 10 years at generic pharmaceutical manufacturer Apotex Inc., where he took on a progression of senior finance roles, culminating with that of Director, Global Generics Finance. Prior to that, he served as Co-Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at IMAX Corporation. Vigna is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of both Canadian and U.S accounting standards, as well as extensive international experience in managing finance groups across the globe.
