Stéphanie joined the organization in 2009. With more than 20 years of progressive corporate experience covering cross-functional expertise, Stéphanie is responsible for the overall strategic direction of ESC’s Human Resources and Corporate Services, ensuring alignment and strong connections with our business units. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, she has oversight of Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, Facilities and Linguistic Services. She also serves as Chief Privacy Officer overseeing our Privacy Program.

Stéphanie drives ESC’s diverse and talented workforce towards an innovative future. She has spearheaded key initiatives at ESC that have contributed to our strong culture and enhanced the employee experience, making our organization a great place to work.
