Jason Kennedy joined the organization as Head of Provider Services in 2024. In this role, Jason is responsible for defining strategic direction while effectively managing the growth and ongoing operations of ESC’s Provider Services. Jason is an experienced business executive with over 14 years of expertise in the Group Benefits, Digital Health and Pharmacy industry. Jason is a pharmacist and holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta as well as an Honours B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McMaster University.  

Jason is passionate about the intersection of technology and patient care. While leveraging his knowledge of the Canadian healthcare landscape, pharmacy and technology, Jason brings his commitment to improving the patient experience through the implementation of innovative solutions.

Jason is an inspirational leader, who believes in motivating teams to accelerate and launch new initiatives, while simultaneously fostering a culture of trust to create value and exceed customer expectations.
