Express Scripts Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Dorian Lo to the role of President

Dr. Dorian Lo brings more than 25 years of experience as a Canadian physician and highly accomplished business leader. He has deep Canadian and international experience in healthcare, pharmacy and pharmacy benefit management. As former Managing Director of Group Strategy & Healthcare, Dr. Lo launched a next generation integrated healthcare system in Indonesia. Prior to this role, Dr. Lo led Shoppers Drug Mart's retail pharmacy business as EVP, Pharmacy and Healthcare. He also served as Chief Medical Officer, Health Plans for US-based Medco Health Solutions, a leading provider of Pharmacy Benefits Management and pharmacy services, which Express Scripts acquired in 2012.

Dr. Lo’s appointment is a solid reflection of Express Scripts Canada’s dedication to innovation in the health benefits space. As President of ESC, he is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the organization as it builds on its position as Canada’s premier health benefit manager. Dr. Lo has a keen interest in bringing innovative ideas from around the globe to the Canadian market, to help solve some of the daunting challenges facing the health benefits industry.
