Pierre-Etienne is also responsible for operations, overseeing operational strategic objectives and improving operational excellence, for both private and public sector clients, in key functional areas such as business integrity, provider and member contact centres, provider relations, and claim processing services. Pierre-Etienne also oversees the Quebec market and its related activities.
